## User facility

PICA was developed at the
[UGC-DAE Consortium for Scientific Research, Mumbai Centre](https://www.csr.res.in/Mumbai_Centre),
where it runs the ITMS. The ITMS provides the **Electrical Transport** and
**Broadband Dielectric Spectrometer** facilities listed on the centre's
[user facility portal](https://www.csruserportal.com/Intro/csrMumbaiFacilities).
